Job Description

The Surgical Technologist will support surgical operations in a dynamic operating room environment. The role involves assisting surgeons during various procedures, including orthopedic trauma, spine, neuro, gynecological, general, robotics, vascular, pediatrics, ENT, plastics, podiatry, oral maxillofacial, and eye trauma surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgeries
• Assist in positioning patients, draping, and applying sterile techniques
• Provide direct assistance to surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Monitor and manage surgical instrumentation and equipment
• Ensure proper documentation as per hospital and procedural requirements

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• Advanced knowledge and skills in assisting surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures
• Familiarity with normal OR equipment including Da Vinci, Mako, and Velys robots preferred
