Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our dynamic Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and skills necessary to assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties including Orthopedic Trauma, Spine, Neuro, GYN, General, and Robotics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical equipment and instruments for various surgical procedures.
• Assist surgical teams by providing necessary instruments and supplies during operations.
• Ensure a sterile environment in the Operating Room at all times.
• Participate in patient preparation and post-operative care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge and experience in assisting with Orthopedic Trauma, Neuro, Spine, GYN, General, and Robotic surgeries.
• Familiarity with advanced equipment including Davinci, Mako, and Velys Robots is preferred.
