What You'll Do
- Assist surgeons chairside during extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and other oral & maxillofacial procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, maintaining strict infection control standards
- Monitor patients before, during, and after sedation/anesthesia
- Take digital x-rays and intra oral scans
- Support patients and their families with warmth and clear communication before and after procedures
- Help keep our Reno and Sparks offices running smoothly as part of a tight-knit clinical team effort
What We're Looking For
- Dental/oral surgery assistant experience preferred
- DAANCE certification(or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/BLS certification
- A calm, steady presence — surgery can be intense, and patients look to you for reassurance
- Someone who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, patient care and teamwork
