First Assist Certified Surgical Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a certified Surgical Technologist with a focus on first assist duties to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to contribute to high-quality surgical care.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams during procedures and ensure a sterile environment
• Prepare operating rooms and assist in the preparation of surgical instruments and equipment
• Support surgeons and other healthcare personnel as needed throughout surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status and respond accordingly during surgical operations

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized First Assist certification
• CNOR certification is required
• BLS certification is necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

Work Schedule

This position involves a 10-hour shift from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM.
