Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Coach to join our team in Baltimore, United States. As a Transformation Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our company.
Lead and facilitate organizational transformation initiatives, guiding teams through change processes
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives
Coach leaders and employees at all levels to embrace and drive change effectively
Conduct workshops and training sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization
Assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored approaches to address resistance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects
Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed
Provide expert advice and support to senior leadership on change management best practices
Create and maintain change management tools, templates, and documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
Proven experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Advanced project management skills and experience in managing complex change programs
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
Experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships
Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
Relevant certifications in change management or coaching (e.g., PROSCI, ICF) preferred
Experience in business process improvement and cultural change management
Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices
