Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in interventional radiology procedures, including patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care
Administer medications and contrast media as directed by the radiologist
Operate and maintain specialized radiology equipment
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection measures
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing, is required.; BSN preferred. Up-to-date status on all mandatory training and classes.
One year nursing experience. Solid knowledge and clinical skills.
Current CPR certification required.
Maintenance of 10 contact hours of education every two years.

Compensation
Pay Range: $38.51-$51.81
Other Compensation (if applicable): shift differential eligible
