Job Description
Under general supervision, independently render general maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair duties similar to the Mechanic at a more proficient skill level; identify, prioritize and assess maintenance problems and initiate appropriate action; review completed work and conduct inspections of machinery areas.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Three years experience performing one or more of the maintenance trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or Machinery repair), or equivalent, is required.
Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following trades, electrical, plumbing, machinery repair, HVAC or Electronics, performing at or near the tradesman level is required.
